for smaller quantities, shop on aliexpress.com, its alibaba's website too but for small importers (of course you wont get the same price as if you order 10k pieces, but it s still a great price).

You cant list on Amazon without SKU. How do you accomplish this for small test quantities?

This is a great article for anyone looking to get started with private labeling. Keep in mind you'll want to find a niche product that isn't so common, otherwise you'll fall into the trap of advertising a generic product. Hello Will, I have similar experience like Miguel mentioned above, I imported small quantities of a product from a supplier in alibaba. These suppliers are NOT famous brands, they are trading whole seller companies, selling products from other manufacturer we do not know. When listing on amazon, I purchased UPC code but amazon did not let me add the product with the alibaba seller name ( in Brand field). I do not have a contract and not yet to the point of brand registry with the supplier yet. However their logo is on the packaging. I am stuck what to do with such small trial quantity. people advised me to put N/A as Brand but I am not sure if amazon stops it end of the road. so, Again how to do small trial quantities from alibaba sellers.
